Economic recession impact on India,software companies,software industry and solutions for engineering students of India
Hi friends.
Here i want to share my feelings about the effect of economic recession on the engineering students.
I think all engineers are feeling bad now for the present situation.That is because of economic recession all over the world(not exactly).
All of you may think that because of economic recession, our major software companies of India like Infosys,Wipro,TCS are going to remove the engineers from their companies.
But this is not correct.Because India is economically having a good strength(having6.6% economic growth with a rank of 38 world wide).
Then why the Industry removing the employees from their companies on a regular basis????
All we have to think about it.Now the Industry is making new steps and learning so much from this situation.
What the Industry is learning?
1.Quality.
2.Productivity with less employees.
3.Creating new technologies and becoming outstanding in the world.
Yes ,up to now the industry won’t look at those three points much more.But now the industry is fully concentrated on these points.Now the industrials are having a very clear view on What they need?
Here i want to tell you is we are having good oppertunities.But the main disappointment is all our students looking for the jobs at the major companies like Infosys,Wipro,TCS …etc.But if you look at the other medium companies there are lot of opportunities for us to grab.
Here i attended to a seminar by TV5 at my college Godavari Institute of Engg & Tech (GIET,Rjy).The program name is Carrier Summit.To that seminar Wipro’s Andhra Pradesh’s managing director,Mahalakshmi Enterprise MD and i dont know others names.There i learn some points.
So for to stand at this situation we must have some qualities.They are
1.Basics:All engineers must have a good basics on their regarding fields.Before they are taking you into the industry they must check your basics and grip on your subject.So please concentrate on basics.
2.Pertucular Domain:All of you must select a particular domain.Like there are so many domains like Application development(Ex.Developping applications for iPhones),Productivity,Marketing.
3.Self Confidence:All of we must have self confidence.Here self confidence means you think proud of you for your positives.Then you can stand on the industry.
4.Communication Skills:Communication Skills are not talking english stylish or fluently.Communication Skills means you can able to talk in such a way that they can understood what are you saying.So please try to be communicative.Be specific in your thoughts.Be clear in your thoughts.Then only you can express your feelings clearly.
5.Physic:Health is Wealth.So you must be healthy to do all these things.So be take care of your helath.Try to go for Gym or do Yoga daily.It will automatically makes you healthy.
6.Grip on Economics:You must have a good grip on the Economics subject.Because the Industry always links up with the present countries’ economy.So friends start reading some good economic books and have a good grip on it.
7.Be Update:Yes, this is very important.You should be an updated one.Then only you can be useful to this Industry.You have to grab the latest technologies and you must have a good grip on them.So that you can be directly enter in the project without any training.
8.Extra Curricular Activities:You must develop some extra curricular activities to grab the latest jobs.They are like Sports,Paper Presentations,Singing,Dancing ..etc.
9.Good Percentage:Yes, this is the first thing you have to get because you can be eligible to enter in companies if you have at least 60%.If you have above 70% then you can rock.
10.Patience:You must have Patience to get the job even you have all these qualities because first of all, the industry must needs you.
So i think this will helps you.
