A new security risk revealed by Editor Lisa of Lifehacker, Google Buzz will put the contacts you follow, regularly chat on the Google Buzz’s Public profile page.According to this, your followers contact details and the most frequently chat list of your Gmail will be directly put on the Google Buzz’s public profile page if you enable the Display the list of people I’m following and people following me on your edit profile page.

First of all goto your Profile page of google and check whether you are getting only visible to you message below to the is following.See the below image , in that it is showing Only visible to you.If you also get that then you are safe.

If not, immediately goto edit profile on top of your profile page , look right hand side.You will see Edit Profile.See the below figure.And uncheck the Display the list of people I’m following and people following me.
