The Electronic Privacy Information Center(EPIC) complained to federal regulators on Tuesday about Google’s new Buzz social networking service, saying it violates federal consumer protection law.
The EPIC filed its complaint with the Federal Trade Comission just days after Google Inc. updated their security problems in Google Buzz.
As we already mentioned that Google automatically creating public profiles and showing your secured data to the public.Few days back, Google altered the service and they make autofollow to selected follow.

YouTube is a video sharing website on which users can upload and share videos. Three former PayPal employees Steve Chen, Chad Hurley, Jawed Karim created YouTube in February 2005. In November 2006, YouTube, LLC was bought by Google Inc. for $1.65 billion, and is now operated as a subsidiary of Google.

Google’s Buzz is again released security updates.We already noted the Security Updates earlier.Now With these features, Buzz is more secure.Google makes 3 changes to Buzz.

AutoFollow is now Follow Selected People
Up to now when you started Google Buzz through your Gmail, Buzz will make you automatically follow the most common used Gmail contacts.This is some what irritating to some users.So many people reported about this feature in Google Buzz.So finally Google makes AutoFollow to Follow Selected People.
If you are using Google Buzz the first time , then you will get the window(see the image below) to select the people who you want to follow.But earlier, the Google Buzz used AutoFollow.This feature is available for the current users after few days.Now it is available for new users. (more…)

Google’s CEO Sergey Brin took the stage at the TED conference this morning and he talked about the security attack on Google in China.While Sergey Brin would not directly blame the Chinese government for the security attacks on his company, as well as others, he did note that the entity was so huge that there was no telling where it came from.
“It might represent a fragment” of the government, he said, although he did not give any specifics. (more…)

Google today announced that it acquires Aardvark.Aardvark is a question answering website.It will give you the answers for your questions.First you have to ask by entering your contact information.After that they will find the proper perfect person for to answer your question.Those persons will give you the answers immmeadiately.It is really a great technology to develop.

As we mentioned Google Buzz will roll out your contacts without intimating you.Google quickly responds to this problem and fixed it.They will be available from today in your Google Buzz accounts.
We already mentioned that, Google Buzz will automatically put your contacts on the profile page publicly if you checked Display the list of people I’m following and people following me.But by default it is enabled.So you must fix this.Here is the guide.

A new security risk revealed by Editor Lisa of Lifehacker, Google Buzz will put the contacts you follow, regularly chat on the Google Buzz’s Public profile page.According to this, your followers contact details and the most frequently chat list of your Gmail will be directly put on the Google Buzz’s public profile page if you enable the Display the list of people I’m following and people following me on your edit profile page.
