Google’s Page Speed Service is a Content Delivery Network (CDN) that aims to reduce the page load times of websites by a significant factor. Google does this by catching all the pages of a particular website on Google’s servers located across the world. And when people visit the website, Google serves its copy of the website from the visitors’ nearest geographic location thus making the website load faster.

Currently Google’s Page Speed Service is in a trial period with a limited set of web masters given free access to its services. If you run a website, you can request access to this service by filling up this web form.
