How to do repetitive tasks automatically
Do It Again
Do It Again is a free and simple program that allows you to make your computer automatically do a task for you, when you want.
If there is something that you do on your computer over and over, and you do it exactly the same way every time (such as backing up your pictures, checking web-based email for new messages, etc.), you can tell Do It Again how to do that task (by doing it once yourself to create the new task). Then you can run that task when you want and Do It Again will automatically click the buttons and press the keyboard keys (in exactly the same way as when you created the task), while you sit back and watch the task being performed on the screen.
This is also called macro or automation software, as it allows you to record a macro, then play it back to automate the actions of that macro.

How to use Do It Again?
Here is a simple example with screenshots how to use it.
Now my daily work is open Firefox browser and open my WebSite to check what is going on it.So first i have to open that software.It shows you a window like this.
Do It Again
Now to create a Repetitive Task just click on Create New Task button.Now it starts reading your work like opening Firefox,entering website address and logging into that website.After you completed your task press ScrLk on your keyboard to stop the reading.Now it shows you the following window.

There give a name to your daily activity like I gave OpenMyWebPage.Now click Ok to save it.Now it will appear in Tasks list like below.

Now if you want to do that task just double-click on it.It will do it automatically.
